I am in a different City, Do you work Nationwide?
We do work Nationwide, although our office is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Most of our services don’t require meeting in person and can all be handled via email and or phone. If you are local, we would be happy to meet with you to discuss any details to your project in person.
What are acceptable forms of Payment?
We prefer payment via Pay pal which accepts almost all forms of payment including credit card and bank withdrawal. If another form of payment is requested we will do our best to work with you.
What is the turn around time on projects?
Turn times vary on project but we try to have all projects completed in no more than 72 hours (not including website design). If there is a rush, we will work with you to make sure your project is done in time!
Will I receive hard copies of my files?
You will receive Digital copies of all master files. If you want files put on CD and mailed to you, we can do this but shipping and handling charges will apply.
I have talked to computer/tech guys before and they seem to speak a different language. Will I be able to understand you?
At in-desyn, we are all normal business people with sales or service jobs that have learned how to use computers effectively. Therefore we understand how to explain and work with you in terms that you can understand.
What if I am not happy with your work?
We are confident that you will be happy with any work we do for you and that’s why we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with your design we will work with you until you are at no additional charge.

What if I want a price of a custom project that is not outlined in your pricing?
Contact us directly via email or phone with your request and we will put together a custom quote for you! The more items you order, the bigger the discount!
I have a unique project that I don’t see offered, can you help?
All you can do is ask. In most cases we will be able to help you. If we can’t, we will find someone for you that can.
